Frequently asked questions about Sentinel AI.

What is Sentinel AI?

Sentinel AI is a Telegram monitoring tool built for Solana traders. It runs as a Chrome Extension paired with a local scraping engine, detecting contract addresses (CAs) in real time from Telegram groups and channels, including CAs hidden behind puzzles.

How does Sentinel work?

Sentinel has three components working together:

  1. Chrome Extension: Your control panel for configuration and viewing results
  2. Scraper Engine: A local binary (powered by TDLib) that connects to Telegram and processes messages
  3. Config Server: A WebSocket bridge that syncs settings between the Extension and scraper

What platforms does Sentinel monitor?

Sentinel monitors Telegram groups and channels and Discord servers.

What do I need to run Sentinel?

  • Google Chrome
  • macOS 10.15+ or Windows 10+
  • Python 3.x
  • Telegram API credentials (free from my.telegram.org/apps)
  • A valid Sentinel license key

Is Sentinel a trading bot?

No. Sentinel is an intelligence tool that finds and surfaces CAs. It does not execute trades on your behalf. You decide what to do with the information Sentinel provides.

What blockchain does Sentinel support?

Sentinel is built specifically for the Solana blockchain.

How accurate is the puzzle solver?

Sentinel's puzzle-solving engine achieves a 99% success rate across all known puzzle types, including character substitution, reversed addresses, split CAs, image puzzles, and riddles.

Is my data stored in the cloud?

No. Everything runs locally. Your Telegram credentials, session data, configuration, and detection history are all stored on your machine. Sentinel connects directly to Telegram via TDLib with no intermediary servers.

Can I run Sentinel on multiple devices?

Each license key is tied to one Hardware ID (HWID). If you need to use Sentinel on multiple machines, you'll need a separate license for each.
